Material

• 100% Polyester cover. Made from spun polyester threads, it retains its shape, doesn't wrinkle, and doesn't require ironing
• 100% Polyester insert. Made from recycled spun polyester.

Please note: 

• Not pre-assembled. The insert is vacuum-packed separately, while the cover is removed to minimize creasing during shipment
• Inserts will be 2-3 inches longer than the covers, providing the pillow with extra volume when assembled

Care

• Remove the pillow cover. 
• Pre-treat stains with soft cloth or bristle brush that had been soaked in warm soapy water. 
• Machine wash, max 40°C (104°F), normal cycle. 
• Do not bleach, tumble dry on low, do not dry-clean. 
• Iron, steam, or dry low heat only. 
• Fluff to reshape when assembling it back together.

We require graphic proof to resolve claims, so please make sure you attach at least one well-focused photo of the defective item so we can provide you with a resolution quickly. Please state clearly whether you wish for a remake or a refund. Our support team will get back to you within 24 – 38 hours.
