- 100% Polyester cover. Made from spun polyester threads, it retains its shape, doesn't wrinkle, and doesn't require ironing
- 100% Polyester insert. Made from recycled spun polyester.

Please note:
- Not pre-assembled. The insert is vacuum-packed separately, while the cover is removed to minimize creasing during shipment
- Inserts will be 2-3 inches longer than the covers, providing the pillow with extra volume when assembled
Care
- Remove the pillow cover.
- Pre-treat stains with soft cloth or bristle brush that had been soaked in warm soapy water.
- Machine wash, max 40°C (104°F), normal cycle.
- Do not bleach, tumble dry on low, do not dry-clean.
- Iron, steam, or dry low heat only.
- Fluff to reshape when assembling it back together.

Since your product is made to order (printed individually on demand), we are only able to offer a replacement or refund if you have received a damaged or incorrect product. If this is the case, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving your order via hello@fancypawstore.com.
We require graphic proof to resolve claims, so please make sure you attach at least one well-focused photo of the defective item so we can provide you with a resolution quickly. Please state clearly whether you wish for a remake or a refund. Our support team will get back to you within 24 – 38 hours.
