Return and Refund Policy
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Eligibility
- Personalized and customized items are non-refundable unless defective.
- In this case, please send us photos of the defective item withing 7 business days after delivery via hello@fancypawstore.com. We will investigate the incident and contact you within 3 business days.
- Ready-made items - "Studio Designs" - may be returned within 14 days of receipt unused and in original condition.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Return Process
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Contact us at hello@fancypawstore.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Approved returns will be issued a return label.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
