Why we ship only within the United States
At the top of our website, you’ll see this important notice:
“USA orders only — please check FAQ before ordering.”
We want to explain why this policy exists. Our products are printed and shipped by professional print partners located in the United States. When orders are shipped to destinations outside the U.S., customers are charged very high export duties, import taxes, and customs fees. These extra charges often cost more than the product itself, and unfortunately we cannot control, estimate, or refund them.
To avoid placing our international customers in that situation, and to keep pricing simple and transparent, we currently ship only within the United States.
Exceptions (U.S.territories)
We currently do not ship to U.S. territories such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, or Northern Mariana Islands, as our print partners treat these as international destinations with additional customs requirements.
If this changes in the future, we will update this page. Our goal is to ensure that every customer receives their order without unexpected charges or delays.
Design & Customization
What does personalization or customization mean?
Personalization allows you to add unique elements such as your dog’s name or photo to a product. This transforms the item into a custom-made piece created exclusively for you. Customized items are designed, printed, and fulfilled individually based on your selections.
Do you also sell products that don’t require customization?
Yes. While most of our items are fully customizable and allow you to upload your dog’s photo or add personal details, we also offer a selection of pre-designed products that can be ordered without uploading anything.
These items are created with dog lovers in mind and are meant to complement our personalized products — we hope you enjoy them just as much.
Some of these items are also available as bundles, allowing you to save money by purchasing several coordinated products together instead of buying each piece separately. Bundles are a great option if you’re:
- looking for matching items (for your home, your dog, or as a gift),
- wanting better value compared to buying each product individually,
- shopping for a complete set without needing to customize every item,
- or simply hoping to try multiple products at once for a lower combined price.
Bundles give you convenience, coordinated style, and extra savings — all in one click.
How do I customize a product?
To personalize a product:
- Select the item you would like to customize.
- Use the available options to upload a photo and/or enter your dog’s name (if applicable).
- Add the item to your cart.
- Complete your purchase through the checkout process.
Production & Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of USD 9.50 on all orders. Orders over USD 89.00 qualify for free shipping within the United States.
What are your production and shipping timelines?
- Ready-to-use items: Produced within 2–4 business days.
- Personalized/customized items: Additional 2–3 business days for customization.
- Shipping time: Typically 4–7 business days after production.

PLEASE NOTE: Production & shipping times may differ from the average times stated above, for example during public holidays and vacation periods. We reserve the right to adjust our production and shipping times accordingly without prior notice. By placing an order with us, you automatically agree to this policy.
Please note that your order may arrive in multiple shipments. To ensure the best material quality and printing techniques, we work with specialized production partners for different items such as apparel, home décor, and jewelry.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your tracking number has not been received or your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at fancypaws@gmail.com. We will investigate the issue and provide an update as soon as possible.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item?
- Customized or personalized products: Non-refundable unless defective or damaged. Please email us at fancypaws@gmail.com with photos of the item. We will respond within 3 business days.
- Ready-made products: Returnable within 30 days of receipt if unused and in original condition.
- Non-returnable items: Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Payments & Security
What currency are your prices listed in?
All prices displayed are in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Will I be charged any additional fees, taxes, or VAT?
No. The total price displayed at checkout includes all applicable taxes and fees. There are no hidden charges upon delivery.
