HOW IS FANCY PAWS DIFFERENT?

FancyPaws is a real brand focused on individually made, personalized and customizable items for dogs and dog lovers (but of course we don't exclude other animals). You won’t find here mass-produced items like you may see on low-quality print sites like Temu and Shine.

 At FancyPaws 

  • every order is designed and processed individually for one dog/one customer
  •  each item is printed once – there is no bulk stock or reuse
  • not two personalized orders are ever the same – you purchase a one-of-a-kind-product

What is personalization and customization?

Personalization allows you to add unique elements such as your dog’s name or photo to a product. This transforms the item into a one-of-a-kind custom-made piece created and produced exclusively for you. Customized items are designed, printed, and fulfilled individually based on your selections of colors, prints and designs.

Do you also sell products that don’t require customization?

Yes. While most of our items can be fully personalized or customized and allow you to upload your dog’s photo, add personal details or choose your favorite color, print or design, we also offer a selection of pre-designed products that can be ordered as they are. Please have a look at our "Studio Designs" inside the collections.

Can you print my personalized transformations (dog Alter Ego) on products besides canvas and posters?

Sure! Every transformation we made for you can be printed on most of our products after you purchased it as a canvas- or poster print. We archive your transformed dog photo (not the original photo of your dog) for this very reason. This allows us to print your art print on any of our other suitable products at any time.

Do I get to approve my design before printing?

Of course! For every order you personalize, you will see what the finished product will look like immediately when you upload your photo or when you write the name/text. This gives you complete control over your personalized design. You can find detailed information on each product page.

One exception to this is our art transformations (“Alter Ego”). Here, you will receive a print proof by email within 48 hours (Monday to Friday) of placing your order. Your order will only be processed after we have received your approval by email. You can find detailed information on this on each relevant product page.

We believe approval is essential to create something truly personal.

What happens to the photos I upload?

Your privacy matters!

  • Uploaded photos are used only to create your personalized product
  • Photos are not reused, resold, or stored long-term
  • After production, images are permanently deleted
  • Your dog’s photo belongs to you – not to our database.

PRODUCTION- & SHIPPING TIMES

  • Average production und delivery times are clearly listed on each product page
  • Exceptions (for example for art transformations) are explained on the relevant product pages

PLEASE NOTE: Production & shipping times may differ from the average times stated on the product pages during public holidays and vacation periods. We reserve the right to adjust our production and shipping times accordingly without prior notice. By placing an order with us, you automatically agree to this policy.

Please also note that your order may arrive in multiple shipments. To ensure the best material quality and printing techniques, we work with specialized production partners for different items such as apparel, home décor, and jewelry.

Here are the order deadlines in 2026 by which we can guarantee timely delivery before the specified holidays (barring unforeseen circumstances beyond our control).

  • 4th of July > June 21, 2026
  • American Family Day > July 19, 2026
  • International Dog Day > August 10, 2026
  • Halloween > October 18, 2026
  • Thanksgiving > November 9, 2026
  • Christmas > December 7, 2026

Will I be charged shipping cost or any additional fees, taxes, or VAT?

No. The price per item displayed on the product pages includes all shipping cost, applicable taxes and fees. There are no hidden additional costs.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

If your tracking number has not been received or your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@gancypawstore.com. We will investigate the issue and provide an update as soon as possible. 

Why do you produce and ship only from and within the United States of America?

At the top of our website, you’ll see this important notice: “USA only”.

Our products are printed and shipped by professional print partners located in the United States to avoid shippings from destinations outside the U.S. at which customers may be charged high additional import costs, import taxes, and customer fees (these are the hidden costs of mass-product, low-quantity and low-priced online business like Temu and Shine that ship their products to U.S. customers from outside the U.S.).

To avoid on the other hand placing international customers in that situation, and to keep pricing simple and transparent, we currently ship only within the United States of America.

Shipping destination exceptions (U.S. territories)

We currently do not ship to U.S. territories such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, or Northern Mariana Islands, as our print partners treat these as international destinations with additional customs requirements.

Our goal is to ensure that every customer receives their order without unexpected charges or delays.

PAYMENTS, TAXES & SECURITY

What currency are your prices listed in?

All prices displayed are in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Will I be charged any additional fees, taxes, or VAT?

No. The total price displayed at checkout includes all applicable taxes and fees. There are no hidden charges upon delivery.

Are there any payment processing fees?

No. All payments are securely processed at no additional cost to you.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Can I return an item?

  • Personalized products: We are a made to order business, which means that we produce your items when you buy them. Because we are a made to order business, refunds and replacements can only be processed for damaged or defective items in which case we'll offer you a no cost replacement or a full refund. Please contact us by email within 7 business days after delivery.  Non-refundable unless defective or damaged. Please email us at hello@fancypawstore.com with photos of the item. We will respond within 3 business days.
  • “Studio Design” (ready-to-use) items: Returnable within 14 days after delivery unused and in original condition.
  • Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Do I get a refund?

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
