2. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders begin production once payment is confirmed
  • Production times may vary based on product type but typically range between 3 - 5 business days
  • We do not accept cancellations once the order is in production

3. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the personalized nature of most of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for personalized and customized items
  • If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days after receiving your order for a replacement or resolution
  • Proof of defect or issue (e.g., photo) are required

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times stated on the product descriptions are estimated and may vary due to external factors beyond our control
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

5. Intellectual Property
