Returns & Refunds
Since your product is made to order (printed individually on demand), we are only able to offer a replacement or refund if you have received a damaged or incorrect product. If this is the case, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving your order via hello@fancypawstore.com. We require graphic proof to resolve claims, so please make sure you attach at least one well-focused photo of the defective item so we can provide you with a resolution quickly. Please state clearly whether you wish for a remake or a refund. Our support team will get back to you within 24 – 38 hours.
