Upload up to 3 photos of your pet when placing your order.
Within 24 hours, you’ll receive your first proof image based on one of the uploaded photos.
If you’d like to see how the portrait looks using a different photo you already uploaded, you can request up to 2 additional proof images (one per remaining photo).
Once you approve your favorite version, we’ll print it on high-quality canvas and ship it straight to you.

This way, you can choose the best likeness of your pet — while keeping the process quick, easy, and consistent.

order (printed individually on demand), we are only able to offer a replacement
or refund if you have received a damaged or incorrect product. If this is the
case, please contact our customer service

We require graphic proof to resolve claims, so please make sure you attach at
least one well-focused photo of the defective item so we can provide you with a
resolution quickly. Please state clearly whether you wish for a remake or a
refund. Our support team will get back to you within 24 – 38 hours.
